Reference

The reference section is intended to be used as a working resource for land use lawyers.  It consists of two types of links: documents and research resources.

On the left are a series of links to individual land use code provisions in MS Word.  These documents make it easy for practicing professionals to cut-and-paste sections for use in applications, briefs or other written material.  Note that while these documents were accurate as of the date received from the respective jurisdictions, they may no longer be up-to-date.  Users of these documents should verify the accuracy of the contents with officially published sources. 

Immediately below those code links is a Table of Resources.  This table provides links that facilitate on-line legal research.  While it duplicates some of the sites provided in the Links section, it contains some additional on-line sources and is organized differently than the website.

Next you will find buttons that point to references related to specific issue areas in land use law.  The first button connects to resources related to Property Line Adjustments.  Additional subject areas will be added as those issues become pressing legal issues.
