Bill Kloos

General Background. Member of the bars of the State of Oregon, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and United States District Court for the Court of Oregon.

Bill practiced with Johnson, Kloos & Sherton until 1999, when he started his own firm.  Practice concentrated in most aspects of Oregon land use law, including local land use permitting before cities and counties, and appellate practice at the Land Use Board of Appeals, Oregon Court of Appeals, and Oregon Supreme Court.

Interests

Bill is married to Becky Higgins.  These days Bill spends time poking around the upper McKenzie in his beater drift boat, and hunting down 1970’s bikes on eBay to restore.
